Please support our uninsured neighbors!

Our patients and their families continue to be severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

We need your support to ensure that they continue to receive the critical primary health care that they need as well as have equal access to Covid-19 vaccines.

Neighborhood Health has administered over 81,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccine – 90% to people of color. This has been achieved through a new, extensive Community Outreach Program, that includes a Mobile Vaccine Van.
We are now focusing on vaccinating low-income children ages 5 to 11 and ensuring that those in need of vaccines and boosters have equitable access to them.
Neighborhood Health is:
  • Working with over 130 community partners to refer low-income residents for vaccines.
  • Using a team of bilingual Community Outreach Workers to address vaccine hesitancy and to connect residents to Neighborhood Health vaccine clinics and our primary care services.
  • Deploying a new Mobile Vaccine Van to increase pop-up clinic vaccine opportunities.
  • Collaborating with community partners to provide over 100 on-site mobile vaccine clinics.

We continue to provide free clinic-based Covid-19 testing, medical monitoring and family support for COVID positive patients, and we have reopened most of our clinics for in-person care like well-child visits, prenatal care, family planning, lab visits, prescription pickup, medical care, dental care, and chronic care management.

If you prefer to donate by mail, please send to: Neighborhood Health Attn: Dr. Khan, Executive Director, 6677 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA 22306

As always, we are very grateful for your commitment and support and we look forward to your continued partnership.

Sincerely, Basim Khan, MD, MPA
