Please support our uninsured neighbors during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Our patients and their families are being severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic - many have multiple chronic diseases that aren’t on hold during a crisis; many are at a high risk for severe complications if infected; and many have already lost or are at risk of losing their income or having to work without paid leave.
We need your support to ensure that during the pandemic we continue to meet our patients' basic health care needs and that they do not have to rely on emergency rooms or hospitals for their primary care needs.
We are providing free clinic-based and community COVID-19 testing, medical monitoring and family support for COVID positive patients, and keeping most of our clinics open for in-person essential care like well-child visits, prenatal care, family planning, lab visits, prescription pickup, dental care, and chronic care maintenance. We also offer telehealth visits for primary care, behavioral health, Medicaid enrollment assistance, and dental consultations.

We provide primary medical care as well as dental care, behavioral health, HIV care, and medication assistance to over 34,000 patients. Most of our patients are low-income and either uninsured or underinsured.
